Subject: how do my customers unsubscribe or cancel their subscription?

They can signup/subscribe using our chargify payment page, but where do they go when they need to cancel their subscription?

    Jared,

    At this time there is not a self-service portal for your customers to cancel their subscriptions.

    So do we just make a webform on our site for them to request cancellation and then when a request comes in we cancel it for them manually?

    You can do that or use the API to cancel the subscription.
