Knowledge Base: Do I still have to pay the transaction fees that my merchant account requires?

Unfortunately this is one thing that we cannot control. Your merchant account and gateway will still take a percentage, also known as discount rate, of every transaction. This is something we would love to change, but it has been the standard in the billing industry for years.
